Orders
When you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation.  We will follow up with an email confirming shipment.  If you need to cancel an order please email us within 24 hours of order confirmation.  

Payments
We accept all major credit cards through our secure gateway, in addition to PayPal and Apple Pay.

Delivery
For all In Stock items, please allow 3-5  business days for your item to ship. For all Made to Order items, please allow 2-4 weeks from time of order to ship. Every effort is made to meet our client’s delivery needs and we will let you know if it is possible to have an item sooner.  
Please note, all deliveries are signature required. 

Sales Tax
A state sales tax of 8.875% will be applied to jewelry delivered within New York State.

Shipping
We accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States. Your jewelry will be delivered with insured, complimentary shipping. We will promptly notify you with a tracking number when your order ships.

Returns
We accept returns of unworn items within 7 days. All returns require a return authorization.  Please email us at shop@michellefantaci.com for a return authorization. Clients are responsible for all return shipping costs.  We require you insure the shipment for the value of the item.  We will confirm once the return shipment is received and processed. 

Repairs
Each piece in our collection is made with care and as with all fine jewelry, delicate in nature.  Please use the appropriate care when wearing and enjoying our pieces.  While we are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase, if an item is received defective or damaged, please return the item within the 7 day return window and we will make the necessary repairs in a timely fashion.

Your order ships with a gift box  and a custom jewelry pouch.

Privacy and Security
We respect your privacy. We do not store credit card numbers and all transactions are performed on a secure server and using an industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on all web pages where personal information is required. Depending on your chosen payment option, we may use a third party service provider that handles payments for us and will receive your payment card information in order to process and ship your purchase. We do not sell client information or share it for purposes other than processing your order. If your billing and shipping addresses differ, we may contact your billing phone number to confirm your order for your protection.
When visitors come to our site, it automatically collects information such as the IP address of the device used, web browser and web pages visited on our site as well as sources of traffic and key word searches. You can clear cookies and other site data by going to Preferences in your browser, then Clear Browsing Data.
